Founded in Los Angeles by company president Mark Penhasian, Superior’s sales have grown an average of 20 percent each year. This is a testament to the goodwill that results from our ability to match the right source with the right market and our emphasis on customer service and satisfaction. Our clients include some of the most recognized names in the foodservice industry, ranging from local to national supermarkets, catering houses, food processors, bakeries, restaurant chains, fast food outlets, institutional users, and janitorial services.

Even though Superior is an independent foodservice wholesaler/distributor and general trading house based in southern California, our membership in the national Afflink organization gives us a much longer reach, enabling us to do business across the country and compete effectively with the giants of the foodservice industry while still providing personalized service.
